My room faces directly into a bathroom. I consulted a technician about possible issues from cold or humidity since my area has high humidity, but he confirmed it wasn't the case.

Have you attempted to start with just one RAM stick? Using RAMs of varying speeds and sizes might lead to issues.

Low temperatures may prevent a power supply from starting correctly. Technician knowledge can vary quite a bit.
