I recently increased my PC's clock speed and it stopped working properly, with no fan movement even after turning it on. However, when I power down the PSU and then turn it back on, it functions correctly.

Restart your system and set the BIOS settings. A visible CMOS jumper on the motherboard should be present.

Is it a button? It's usually a jumper, and you'll find its location in the motherboard manual.

I've already completed my OC, right? Yes. Resetting the CMOS will reset your OC settings and let you post again.
