The computer experiences unexpected slowdowns.
I’m experiencing significant issues with my computer’s performance. It was assembled about five months ago using the latest components. The main problems are frequent freezing episodes—sometimes multiple times per hour, other times just once a day. My system becomes almost unresponsive, mouse movements become erratic, jumping across the screen or moving extremely slowly. During calls, voice quality drops or I’m abruptly cut off. Additionally, RGB lighting on my monitor freezes and shifts unpredictably. Recently, new symptoms appeared: random pixel loss on my secondary display and the PC began scanning and repairing my M.2 drives. Despite updating BIOS, OS, and drivers regularly, and even performing stress tests, the instability persists. I’ve also set up a dual-monitor setup with a 1200W power supply and an 80+ platinum unit. If you need more details to diagnose this, feel free to share any additional information. The file attached is VID_20221102_214502.mp4.
