I connected my PC after tidying up my desk and removing the GPU, then I took out the GPU and reinserted it along with using a blower to clear dust from the case (which I do every six months). However, this time when I plugged in the PC it stopped working. The fans started spinning and then stopped, repeating this issue. I tried using a different outlet to rule out the switch board, but that didn’t help either. I’m now suspecting a power supply unit problem. I have a generic Iball PSU with serial number 20240909_102252.mp4

First, consider replacing the PSU if you have funds available. For the PC, remove the RAM, clean the contacts using a rubber eraser, and reinsert it—this should likely fix the issue.

It seems the PC is running but the cooling fan isn't operating.

Sure, you can rotate the fan using your finger.

I managed to fix it, but it didn’t work well and the computer crashed again. I’m considering sending it to a repair shop.
