The setup worked fine before. I powered it down, moved it from its original case to the new one, but now it won’t start properly. All fans spin up, the fan LEDs light up, yet there’s no video signal. The power and reset buttons remain unresponsive, and the debug lights on the motherboard stay bright red for both RAM and CPU.

Current configuration: R5 3600, ASRock B550AM Gaming (CyberpowerPC unique asrock board, essentially a stripped-down B550M-A/C), 2x 8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200 CL16, RTX 3060 Ti, EVGA 600BR.

What I’ve done: cleared CMOS, re-seated CPU 8-pin, GPU 8-pin, and power connectors on the board; swapped RAM modules between slots; removed front panel connectors, checked for shorts on the back; re-seated CPU.

What I haven’t tried: fully disassembled the unit, tested it outside the case, re-seated GPU, unplugged all cables except three power cords, swapped spare parts (none available except the old one), or done anything else.

Any guidance for testing tomorrow or additional tips would be much welcome. Thanks.

Ensure the additional 4 or 8 pin EPS connector is properly linked to the mainboard.

It's the only 4+4 pin CPU connector in its usual spot, and it's connected properly. I double-checked the placement, reinserted it, and repeated the 24-pin and GPU 8-pin connections several times—still no issue.

I exchanged the boards with another unit, and everything works now. The original board won’t post with any parts I add. It’s stuck, just lighting up the CPU and DRAM lights without showing anything else. Probably that’s the end.

It's disappointing, but you've provided a response.
