It doesn’t show anything. I checked the area and the orange light is flashing between the Ethernet and WiFi ports, and the GPU is also glowing. Everything seems off and I’m worried something might be wrong.

The connection of GPU and CPU together is fine; it doesn't affect performance. The extender won't need fixing unless there are specific issues.

Used the cables that came with the power supply for both the CPU and GPU. A few cable extensions might not work well. Noy mentioned your ones could be a possibility, but I’m not sure where you got them or what brand they are.
