Hi, your PC has become quite sluggish lately, especially during certain activities. I first noticed this while trying to play Tom Clancy's The Division 2. Usually it runs smoothly at medium to high settings with a steady 60 FPS, though there are occasional drops. Now sometimes I can launch the game and get around 5 FPS max. This issue also affects Google Chrome—startup is slow but it works once open. Other programs like Assetto Corsa and Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege don’t seem to be impacted. What might be causing this problem?

Launch Task Manager and check which processes are consuming the most CPU, RAM, or GPU resources.

It was the initial action I took, nothing unusual appeared at first. I could launch Taks Manager without needing a full PC restart. It just becomes sluggish when I attempt to switch tabs to Task Manager. Could this be connected to a Windows update? I'm using the newest Windows 10 version and my graphics drivers are current.
