Upgrades: MSI B550 Gaming Plus motherboard, Ryzen 5 5600X processor, Noctua NH-U12S Redux cooler, RX 6800 GPU, Corsair Vengeance 2x16 RAM at 3200MHz, Corsair CV650 power supply (80 PLUS Bronze).
Issue: After recent changes, playing Wukkong caused a black screen and VGA LED activation. Restarting required. Experiments included reseating RAM, GPU, and clearing CMOS. Suspected PSU issue; purchased in January 2021. Any advice welcome.

These problems will likely stem from your power supply unit or graphics card. The CV Corsair PSUs have a bad track record, so it’s wise to try them out with a fresh PSU first. Particularly if the RX 6800 GPU you bought was brand new and unused.
