It's a serious issue. After restarting my PC with internet, the CMD window appears and consumes around 40% of my 8 GB RAM, causing delays as my app struggles. This doesn't happen when the PC isn't connected to the internet. Someone can assist in resolving this problem?

Windows 7 in 2024? Definitely the time to check your system with Malwarebytes. Also, share a screenshot of the "Startup" section in MSCONFIG.

I see the image you shared and understand your concerns. Windows 7 in 2024 isn’t ideal for safety, but your PC is still 11 years old. After trying Windows 8.1 it became slow and unresponsive, so you ended up going back to Windows 7.
