Do you participate in online multiplayer games? What is your internet connection speed? High ping can also cause random stuttering in the game.

Ping ranges from 39 to 50 milliseconds. The connection speed is 100 megabits per second.

Not common. Which storage type are you using—HDD or SSD? Everything seems fine. How are the temperatures on the drives? You can check this using HWMon or Info with sensors. Are the stutters happening during gameplay or only when loading?

They show up unexpectedly in the game. With my SSD M2 at 40°C, I suspect the issue is related to NVIDIA DLSS. I turned it off completely, and performance improved noticeably.

It might be the quality option that causes stutters. If you switch to performance mode, does it reduce or increase them? If disabling DLSS eliminates the issue, it may point to a game engine bug or how DLSS is handled. I've noticed similar problems with games like BV F—using GeForce Experience enabled for RTX3xxx games caused stuttering, while others run smoothly with DLSS active.

It was set to "Balanced" and it barely increases fps that much and so it won't affect my gameplay.
Setting it to "Performance" decreases the quality way too much and introduces ghosting and weird artifacts when going lower than "Balanced".
Obviously it's a bug and glitch in the game engine or NVIDIA's side.
The game is crispy clean lookin' without it and I think it only causes harm.
I played a game with a lot smoother gameplay even though my fps was a tiny bit lower.
I think I will never use this feature again.
