Hi!
I'm facing random stuttering on these games and the issue seem to have no actual reason behind it.
My conclusion is based on that my CPU/GPU temperatures are very low, and fps stays consistently high with no significant drops, fps is 200-250 on average.
I disabled the Windows Game Mode which seemed to fix the issue a bit, but there is still some micro stutters from time to time.
Is anybody else having random stuttering with a high-end PC and is there any way to fix this?
I start to believe the issue is game based as my fps isn't dropping.
I have the latest NVIDIA drivers and Windows 10 is up to date.
Specs
CPU: Intel i9 10850K 5 GHz
GPU: RTX 3060 Ti 8 GB
RAM: 32 GB DDR4 3600 MHz CL16
PSU: 750W

It might be the setting you selected that causes stutters. Could there be a variation if you switch DLSS to performance mode? Would that make the stutters more or fewer? If disabling DLSS eliminates them, it may point to an issue within the game engine or the way DLSS is built. Likewise, I've noticed other games affected by DLSS. For instance, BV F did too. When activated (especially with GeForce Experience—since that's the method to enable DLSS for RTX3xxx models in that title)—it caused...

I don't have a monitor, so I don't have a resolution or refresh rate. If you're asking about another device, please clarify.

Hey there,
Which motherboard are you using? Have you updated the BIOS? This might sometimes resolve problems with RTX cards.
I think your stuttering might be related to frame times. You can use MSI Afterburner OSD and configure it to display FPS, GPU CPU temps, usage, and frametime. The stuttering likely occurs during spikes in frametime, making it easier to notice.

I possess the most recent BIOS version.
I will examine those frame times...
The motherboard is an MSI Z490-A PRO.

Did you clear the CMOS following the BIOS update? Are your frames limited or is there any other issue? Have you set the NVCP parameters back to defaults (assuming you reinstalled the drivers)?

It seems you haven't reinitialized the CMOS, just applied the optimized default configurations. Is that all?

It's the final stage during updates. It removes any leftover traces that might lead to an error. Definitely worth doing to avoid issues.

I completed the task and it didn't have any impact.
The GPU processing takes 2 to 3 ms, while the CPU requires 3 to 4 ms. These times aren't increasing during stutters.
