Attempted to apply Autotune in Bios, possibly damaging the PC. I regret trying it multiple times. I connected the CMOS pins, removed the power for ten seconds, and verified GPU, RAM, and VGAs were seated correctly. All components had power and fans were running. I consulted a technician who confirmed the issue wasn’t hardware-related.

This means he checked every part of your system and confirmed everything worked properly. You asked for the name of your motherboard, and it’s worth noting that some models support updating the BIOS directly via a USB drive.

He used his own testing equipment to replace mine and restart to check for changes. He tested his GPU, RAM, and verified the CPU received enough power, noting a slight bend in the power cord. It seems he didn’t switch CPUs. My motherboard appears to be an Asus Z-390p. I’ll look up the manual to confirm. Thanks!

You left the battery out for more than five minutes. It seems the device needs time to recharge properly. Try removing it now and give it a chance to restart.

Thank you for the guidance. The battery is out, but I’ll prepare breakfast! Fingers crossed it works out.

Sorry, that didn't work. I'm trying to locate another PC to download a newer BIOS file for flashing the motherboard.

When you experience a bios flashback, such as using a USB stick and pressing a button on the back, it's the most effective option.

Unfortunately, I don't have flashbacks. I can flash the bios by downloading an updated version onto a USB and inserting it into a USB drive. I'm planning to do more research. I'm trying my best not to have to pay the technicians 140 per hour just to fix this.
