Figured out that after uninstalling and reinstalling the Radeon software, I could properly overclock. However, when I restart my PC, it resets to a fixed memory clock speed of 1400mhz and core clock speed of 1050mhz, which should be 1100mhz. I can't overclock again until I reinstall the driver. Then it returns to normal idle speeds—300mhz core and 150mhz memory—which seems fine without stress. I can overclock again, but after restarting, it reverts to these fixed speeds and I can't adjust. This keeps happening. Anyone know what's causing this or how I can fix it?

I can't overclock again until I reinstall the driver once more. Then it returns to normal idle speeds—300mhz core and 150mhz memory—which seems typical without stress. I can overclock again, but after restarting, it reverts to these fixed speeds and I can't adjust. This cycle keeps happening. Anyone knows what's causing this or how I can fix it?
