Your CPU isn't compatible with four 3200MHz sticks from the box. I recommend reverting everything to the default settings. For RAM, set the frequency to 3200, DRAM voltage to 1.35V, and adjust primary timings manually. Did you purchase two memory kits? If so, the modules could differ slightly. Ensure each kit is matched properly—such as Kit #1 in A2 B2 and Kit #2 in A1 B1. Compare both kits for timing differences and select the one with the best values to use when configuring timings.
