I'm experiencing problems with my AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D. Under stress testing, the clock speed stays below 3.6 GHz and 50C. Is there an issue here? Could it be a faulty CPU? My system specs are: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D with Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML240L RGB V2 Asus TUF B450-PLUS GAMING (updated to 4401 build) VENGEANCE 3200 CL16 32GB 3080TI Corsair RMX RM1000X Watt.

It looks like your power output is capped at 65W. Review your BIOS settings or consider resetting the CMOS.

Shut down your device and remove Ryzen Master. Wipe the CMOS memory. Restart and verify the system clock. If it still lacks a boost, update your BIOS to restore it.
