Brought an old Cisco 5505 ASA for some tinkering, but it doesn’t seem to connect with my Thunderbolt 3 dock. I have internet access and can use PuTTY to manage it, yet the dock isn’t working. Could there be an issue with the dock or the configuration?

I believe you're referring to the Ethernet connection on the Thunderbolt dock. Does that port function with other devices? Is it active and showing a connection status? Are there any logs recorded during the attempt to link the dock?
