I assembled the PC recently and haven’t seen the chipset fans operate even with full CPU and GPU usage. Is this normal or should I be worried?

Compare X570 and X470 boards, look for chipset fan details in the BIOS. Some X570 models include a chipset fan curve that activates at around 60°C or a certain temperature.
