Initially I wasn't the most experienced with overclocking, but I recently purchased a ROG STRIX B360-I GAMING motherboard and an Intel I7-8086k processor. First, I updated the BIOS and reset all settings just to be safe. The power mode is set to high performance. In my BIOS I adjusted the ratios to 50 and increased the voltage to 1300+-. After restarting and checking the CPU Z, it displayed a core speed of 4300.00mhz with a multiplier of 43... during stress testing, the CPU remained locked at these frequencies.

I really need some assistance. Am I missing something important? Thank you for your help.

Question from Dayto: "My overclock settings won't save?"
I recently got a ROG STRIX B360-I GAMING motherboard and an Intel I7-8086k processor. After updating the BIOS and resetting all settings, I set the power mode to high performance. In BIOS I adjusted the ratios to 50 and increased the voltage to 1300+. When I restart and check the CPU Z, it shows a core speed of 4300.00MHz with a multiplier of 43. During stress testing, the CPU locks at these frequencies.
I’m struggling and would really appreciate some assistance.
