If you already have the CPU, I wouldn't be concerned about a bottleneck. However, the 1660 super/TI is usually only slightly more costly than the previous model. I suggest considering the modest price rise here: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/video-...ice&page=1

This setup is the same one I’m preparing to use (upgrading from a Sandy Bridge Xeon CPU and DDR3). The GTX 1660 should work well, though it might become a minor limitation. If the 3060 Ti is confirmed, it would be the optimal upgrade route... assuming you’re patient enough to wait for the 3000 Series GPUs to become more affordable.
