Welp title says it all I got all the parts for my PC. And hear are my specs are they all good? My monitor is from my old PC I still want to get some use outta my old display & want to upgrade my monitor to a 1440p 144hertz monitor later on if I can find good deals on Black Friday or New Years or over the holidays to the end of the year. I didn’t want to settle with a 1660 or a RX590 card I wanted to get everything that is good that my budget allowed for. I want to play cyberpunk 2077 & other AAA single player games I don’t play multiplayer that much just casually. Other then that do y’all think this is a solid build?

Could you verify that?
The combination of a Ryzen 5 3600 processor and an MSI B450 TOMAHAWK MAX motherboard was anticipated to cost approximately $300?
This particular processor and board pairing would have been a more suitable option:

The only further enhancement for a Z390 system would involve upgrading to a 9900K, which necessitates at least a 280mm all-in-one liquid cooler.
7/10
-Hard Drive: Samsung NVMe drives are expensive. A reduction of 50 to 60 dollars would have been possible without sacrificing any noticeable speed.
-Processor: Basic six-core processors are not a reliable future choice. The 9600K became outdated before its release date.
Multi-core processors without simultaneous multithreading can experience inconsistent frame rates under heavy load, resulting in jerky movement. Games requiring up to eight threads already face limitations due to their core count.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t purchase an Intel i7-9700K or a comparable AMD processor. I currently possess a Z390 motherboard. Perhaps I could upgrade at some point in the future. What are your thoughts regarding my graphics card? Additionally, what M.2 drive would you have recommended with a 1TB storage capacity?
Could you double-check that?
The combination of a 9600K processor and a Z390 motherboard ought to have cost approximately $400.
This particular CPU and motherboard pairing would have represented a more sensible choice:

Aside from the monitor, the entire build appears to be satisfactory.
The CPU and storage components were the main areas of concern.
Western Digital Blue 1 TB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
Crucial MX500 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Select whichever is more affordable at the time.
Simply possessing an SSD for the primary drive is sufficient – it doesn’t need to be specifically an M.2 model.
Samsung is allegedly inflating prices for their supposedly superior product.
Actually, that’s not entirely true, as you mentioned you planned to upgrade it to 1440p at a later time.
Oh! Because the older H236HL lacks any frame synchronization capabilities, you might want to activate V-sync within the Nvidia Control Panel; otherwise, you’ll experience noticeable screen distortion.
