Google does not currently have any reported feedback issues for submitting such reports. You can still reach out through their official channels. Regarding the update, no new version was released after version 127.

In upper right, three dots indicate Help. "Report an issue..." appears. Also, three dots lead to Help > About Google Chrome, which displays the current version and build number, along with a "Report an issue" option. No further updates to the stable channel have been released yet. You can view the changelog here: https://chromereleases.googleblog.com. This covers all Chrome products, including Android, Beta, Dev, ChromeOS, etc.

Updated version 133.0.6943.142 is stable with no issues reported. The previous versions 133.0.6943.98 and 133.0.6943.100 appear to have their problems fixed.
