For a long time, I'd say this has been happening for at least a year whenever I visit narescue.com. It always types "gloves" into the search bar, no matter what I do—reopening pages, refreshing, or even using Firefox. It doesn't matter if I'm logged in or not. After clearing cookies and browsing data, it still works. It also doesn't happen when I access the site on my phone or through Chrome, only on Chrome. I've changed many settings, but I still can't figure out why this is happening. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

remove all add-ons and check if the issue continues. if it works, uninstall chrome fully and reinstall it, then reset settings to defaults. if extensions are the cause, it’s an extension problem—time to clear everything. also run a full virus and malware scan using the free version of malwarebytes if you don’t have a premium plan.

It was actually an extension. With only five options, it should be simple to identify the correct one. Thank you very much!
