Is there another area experiencing a problem? Should I remove the outlet and verify the connections? None of these factors seem to cause the breaker to trip. Power strips don’t lower demand or dampen surges; electricity flows only when required or used.

No alternative space available, and I tested it in various locations/outlets.

I’d start by connecting a long power cable to another socket right away, and once you’ve got that sorted, tackle the specific outlet problem later when you can afford it.

Do you happen to possess GFCI breakers by accident? Do you have a current measuring device to check the socket? I’m considering two possibilities: either the breakers are extremely weak and should be replaced, or your power supply is surging above 15 amps possibly due to a faulty PSU.

Each space has its own circuit breaker panel? Or were all breakers set up in a single location?

The 15 amp breakers seem a bit low compared to what I have, which are all 20 amp.

You'll have 12g wiring. Since we don't know what's in the other person's walls, I wouldn't suggest changing from 15a to 20a breakers. A 15a breaker shouldn't trip when connected to a PC or a space heater...

This was a solid decision. I recently replaced all the breakers in my home due to this issue. Like the wiring, they wear out over time. The PSU also seems faulty, drawing more than 15 amps—though it’s not recommended without proper testing tools.
