When i open my pc my mobo boots with 99 on lower right. After that a blackscreen appears then dots going circles. After that just full blackscreen of death. I can't ctrl+alt+delete, windows automatic repair is also just blackscreen, i don't know what to do. I dont know if this is a hardware or software problem. Please help!

Remove all USB devices and other connections, disconnect everything, and attempt again. If the problem continues, consider servicing the board.
