Hi, I'm facing a problem with my ASUS Z97 Pro Gamer motherboard. Every time I shut down the PC and unplug it from the power source, it resets back to its default settings. I've already replaced two new batteries, but the issue persists. The CMOS remains properly configured, which is good.

It seems unusual, but you're disconnecting it from the power source.

I can't capture images directly. However, you can check the battery orientation by looking at the label or markings on the battery holder. If it's flipped, try swapping it to see if it works.
