I purchased a tp-link bluetooth 4.0 dongle around six months ago, and it functioned properly until yesterday when I realized Windows wasn't recognizing the bluetooth device. When I accessed "Bluetooth & other devices" under "Other Devices," it indicated detection but didn't provide an option to enable or disable Bluetooth. Is there a way to resolve this issue or is it related to my computer?

Are there any yellow warning signs in Device Manager? Being shown in the "other devices" section doesn't always confirm it's active; it just indicates it was once registered as a Bluetooth device. The item remains listed even if the dongle is no longer functioning properly.

Was es dir geholfen, den Adapter an einen anderen USB-Anschluss zu schalten?

Have you attempted removing the "other device" and allowing Windows to reinstall the drivers? Check the Control Panel, Device Manager, and Bluetooth settings for your TP-Link dongle.

You might have to turn it on through the device manager.

It appears in the other devices section but is missing from the device manager. At least I don't see it there.
