Hi, welcome to PC building! You just upgraded after your old Dell stopped working. When you went shopping, a staff member suggested the D-Link AX3000 as a solid networking card. They mentioned it was faster and had Bluetooth, which seemed useful for using Xbox controllers with PS2 games. After setting up Windows 10 and installing the drivers from the box, I tried again but Windows didn’t show any Bluetooth options. The troubleshooter even said you didn’t have Bluetooth at all. I looked online for newer drivers, but they didn’t help. I saw someone mention Windows 11, so I installed that hoping it would fix the issue. Unfortunately, the Bluetooth problem persisted. Now I’m unsure if the card is broken or if the drivers were missing.

Search for all driver files related to your motherboard. Windows may locate them when you select 'Check for updates.' Review the user manual for the Wi-Fi card, as certain models need a USB cable connected to a USB 2.0 header on the board—this applies to the Bluetooth adapter on the card.

It seems the provided USB cable wasn't properly linked to the card.
