No matter what I do, it still spins. Open Task Manager. Look for any app or process consuming high CPU or disk activity. (Use Ctrl + Shift + Esc to launch Task Manager)

The antimalware service is consuming the highest CPU load, which is normal. The greatest disk activity comes from ntoskrnl.exe, which seems unusual.
