About a month back, a black "window" would appear briefly on my screen, lasting about half a second. I recorded it with a screen recorder. It only shows up when the desktop is visible, not other windows. With a 3-display setup, it happens only on the first one. I changed the graphics card ports and cables, but nothing changed. It seems to start randomly, not on a schedule, and no tasks or services seem to be triggering it. VID-20220516-WA0004.mp4

Turn off all startup applications, such as terminating keyboard and mouse, RGB settings, and software. This should be your initial action. Verify whether the issue is resolved; if not, investigate services. Disable any components unrelated to the operating system. Recheck the situation to confirm resolution. If still present, ensure no driver extensions are active, also using Task Manager. This includes GeForce Experience (for Nvidia GPU), Realtek audio panel, and similar items that may need further removal.
