Recently I explored game 乙女理论与后期背景—— Belle Époque，但 when I began using DX9 (Lanczos, Cubic, Sharplinear, Linear), it turned into a black screen. Still, I can run DX7 (Lienar and DirectDraw) and Win32API BitBit without issues. How can I fix the black screen problem with DX9?

I was using Windows 10, DX12, and I reinstalled DX9.0c but it isn't functioning properly.

It might simply stem from insufficient optimization for today’s systems. Beyond recreating an outdated operating system—which often appears subpar—or crafting a machine for vintage titles, your 2005 PC can handle many modern games far more effectively.

It seems you also attempted to configure compatibility for Windows XP. You might also consider using a Windows XP VM in VirtualBox with 3D acceleration activated. The setup functions reasonably well.
