I just got Discord Nitro and with it came BioShock remastered. I installed it, attempted to start it, but every time I try I get an error saying
internal error 249
0 operation completed successfully. It just won’t work and I don’t know what’s wrong. Help!

Yeah, I did too, just to be sure. Having four eyes is better than two. Anyway, I didn't notice anything. You might want to try launching it from the .exe file or reinstalling. If Discord permits, you could also repair the files. Steam offers a repair option for such issues.

I fixed and then reinstalled already, but it didn't work. Starting from the executable also didn't help.

many older games require Windows C++ executables. Searching should reveal a collection that covers them all. I tried this once and it resolved my problem in any game I played.

Like usually it would say you need them... But it couldn't hurt while you're waiting for replies

This doesn't look good. You might want to reach out directly to Discord support.

Is it possible you're using another Discord application concurrently? If yes, attempt to close it before starting the game.
