Resetting the BIOS through repeated failures or removing the CMOS battery would likely prevent the system from booting properly. You’d probably encounter an error message and be unable to log in. This is because Windows 11 depends on TPM and secure boot features that aren’t enabled by default on many motherboards.

From what I understand, it should work unless you're using BitLocker encryption. In that case, just retain the backup key and it should be acceptable!

unless bitlocker is active, nothing happens. you can install it without the tpm or secureboot (or even uefi) smoothly with some registry changes. just note, unless you're playing valorant, there might be issues. i had to reset my cmos and valorant didn't work because of those security requirements.

Hey there! Just enable them when you start turning on XMP after clearing the CMOS, that should work fine.
