Hello, please note this text is quite lengthy and detailed. I understand you're eager to understand what happened. Before diving into explanations, I want to acknowledge how frustrating this situation has been. It's understandable that after months of effort without time or energy, a BIOS update led to such complications. The hardware setup is solid, but the changes introduced unexpected instability. It's clear this process was challenging, and I appreciate your patience as I walk through it step by step. Let's tackle this together.

Please find the dump files here. Check the C:\Windows\Minidump directory for any minidump files. If present, move the entire Minidump folder to your Downloads folder (or use the desktop if needed). Compress the copied folder and send it along with your post. Follow the instructions carefully—Windows won’t allow changes in this area.

I don’t see any minidumps in that folder. The most recent crashes were in November/December. When my PC stopped working recently, it would either power off instantly, then restart three times showing a system instability screen, or it would freeze and stay stuck with the DRAM light on the motherboard. Sometimes it just freezes without recovering until I reset it, after which the DRAM light also appears. The only solution seems to be switching off the 3600 DOCP profile and using the 3000 DOCP profile instead, or reverting to the default 2400 settings without DOCP. Problems are worse if the RAM sticks are in A2/B2 slots, even though I notice fewer issues with A1/B1 ones. I ran MemTest86 last night again and it completed three and a half passes in about 12 hours with no memory errors found.
