I turned off my PC and waited a few minutes for it to completely shut down, which took about 4-5 seconds. After that, I had to restart the BIOS using the CMOS battery to complete the process. Once done, the fans started spinning again and the LED lights came on.

Ensure the BIOS is updated or reset it. If reset, replace the CMOS battery.

You need to restart the BIOS settings. It's like taking out your GPU, removing the battery, putting it back in, and then connecting your PC again so it works properly.

You're asking for clarification. It seems like you want to explain why turning something off might affect its operation, especially since your reset method uses an "off" button instead of a standard power switch. Let me know if you'd like help rephrasing or understanding it better!

Currently, it seems you're wondering whether a normal restart fixes issues caused by modifying the system settings. If so, you don't necessarily need to reset the BIOS when simply restarting the device.

You're planning a full shutdown for casual use and maintenance. You're considering adding more fans, which means taking the GPU out and rewiring everything to reset the BIOS.

Did Tom Bombadil ever get assistance with this? We all have unique builds, but the motherboard is different, yet the same problem persists. I’ve scoured the land thoroughly without finding a solution. Fixing it feels like an eternity—removing the GPU and resetting the BIOS is the only way.
