Hello, I attempted to install the new Windows 11 and adjusted settings. I turned off CSM support and tried enabling Secure Boot, but the system asked to reset. When I pressed yes, it shut down completely. After removing and reinserting the CMOS battery, the PC still turned on without any fan speed increase or BIOS loading. Could you provide more details?

How long was the battery out? What motherboard do you have? - instead of removing battery, there's usually a button or jumper to reset CMOS

I don’t know if the reset button exists on your B450 Gaming X. The battery hasn’t been charged for about five minutes.
