Hi everyone, I face a recurring issue whenever I update my BIOS. My system is a 3200MHz CL 16 trident z kit with custom timings set after assembly. After updating the BIOS, it stopped booting with the same settings. After some attempts it worked, but now I'm updating to AGESA 1.0.0.4 B and it's happening again. I've adjusted the timing parameters, but the PC keeps trying to boot multiple times before resetting the BIOS. I've heard about faulty memory, though I don't think that's the reason. The RAM has been functioning normally for months without problems, and I've dealt with this issue before successfully. Do you have any suggestions or insights into what might be causing this? My motherboard is an Aorus Elite X570.
I'm not sure what's happening for you, but I understand that trying to overclock RAM and adjust timings isn't ideal on AMD systems. I received a G.Skill Trident Z Neo 3600 MHz CL18 kit intended for CL15, but only for short periods before it stopped responding effectively. Once the adjustment faded, I simply returned to the original settings, enabled XMP at 3600 MHz, and left the timings unchanged. No problems occurred.
