Hey everyone, I need some assistance here. My nephew got a gaming laptop (Acer Nitro AN515-57). He accidentally hit the wrong button during setup and kept it in factory mode. Now when he turns on the computer, it shows a blue screen with no error message. I tried putting it into USB to reinstall Windows but the system doesn't see any storage devices so I can't install it. Any help would be super helpful
Here are three hard drives: one is an HHD, another is an SSD, and the third is also an SSD. However, when I try to start my computer, the system menu only lists "Windows Boot Manager." This makes me wonder if just two of my three drives might not be working properly or if they aren't set up right for the operating system to find them during startup.
what version of windows are you running? it sounds like I need to change some CSMS settings.
Whatever BIOS changes you made when installing Windows 11, just do it all over again.
