I improved my PC and the BIOS background shifted from red and black to green with white text (image not my screen, just an example). Even the loading screen now shows green instead of black, featuring a blue window logo and a white loading circle animation. The screen colors look good after the loading screen. This was my previous system; I upgraded the GPU to a Sapphire RX 7700 XT Nitro+, CPU to a Ryzen 7 5700X, case to TD500 Mesh V2, and cooler to Deepcool AK500. I also updated the motherboard (X470 Aorus Ultra Gaming) BIOS from F2 to F62 for better support with the 5700X processor. The BIOS worked well for over a week after the update using old components.

I tried reinstalling the GPU drivers with AMD cleanup, which brought the system into safe mode to remove the drives and restored the green appearance. After uninstallation, the PC booted normally with everything still green. I then reinstalled the drivers again, and halfway through the process the screen flashed back to normal. It seems the problem occurs when the PC boots up—drivers might not be running properly.

Windows version is Windows 10 Pro, Version 22H2, build 19045.3516. Is it safe to continue using my PC, or should I safely shut it down until a solution is found?

Connected via HDMI cable, will attempt an alternative HDMI cable. Will also explore other methods; however, Gigabyte BIOS versions ending with letters are considered beta, isn't it risky to test beta versions of BIOS?

I believe the GPU is sending a signal in the YCbCr colour space until Windows installs the correct drivers, which your monitor might not fully understand. There’s nothing wrong with it, just a configuration or connection problem between the monitor and the new GPU.

Could altering the monitor resolve the issue? I'm concerned the problem could be more serious, possibly affecting the GPU, motherboard, or other parts.

I received a fresh HDMI cable but it didn't resolve the problem.

only to eliminate the cause of the issue
won't worsen your parts further at this time

I also tried a different monitor and didn't encounter any problems, including on my own monitor where the issue occurred. When I disconnected the power cable and reconnected it, the green tint or background disappeared automatically, and everything returned to normal. It seems there might be some compatibility concerns between the new monitor and the upgraded parts.
