I recently faced an issue after attempting to connect my HDD and use a GPU. Once I removed the GPU, the GPU not being compatible with my motherboard became apparent. When I tried to start my PC, the BIInitializelibrary failed to appear. I checked the cables on the motherboard but didn’t resolve it. Even after installing a new Windows OS, there was no improvement. Is this related to the BIOS? If so, what steps should I take?

PS: I don't have 4G decoding, which contributes to the problem.

My motherboard is Asus A68HM-K and my BIOS version is 2.16.1240.
