According to Wikipedia, the game resembles the classic Zelda on GBA. It's unclear if it's available for PC.

I enjoyed Rogue Legacy the most. It was the only game that truly captured my interest. The other rogue titles lack any real goals or advancement. Rogue Legacy offers just enough development to keep things fun while staying true to the rogue vibe. It feels more like a light version of rogue games.
