Hello, I encountered an unusual problem with my Beelink SER8 Mini-PC. I had been using it regularly for daily tasks like playing old games and streaming on YouTube and Twitch. It operated smoothly for about three months until October 27, 2025. On that date, while playing a League of Legends match, the screen went black instantly, the keyboard shut off, and the PC became unresponsive. I suspected a power issue since fans were still running and Wi-Fi was active. I kept trying to press the power button to turn it off, but nothing changed. After disconnecting the power cable, it powered down, though holding the button didn’t help. The LED behind the power button stayed lit, and peripherals like RGB lights didn’t activate. Eventually, I removed the back panel and attempted to restart it, but no beep codes or blinking lights appeared. I also noticed the fan wasn’t turning on. I reached out to Beelink support, who advised trying a new monitor and cleaning the memory with rubber. They mentioned considering warranty replacement or repair. I’m curious about the cause and hoping the warranty will help resolve this.
