Hello everyone, my sister's computer occasionally fails to charge. It charges properly when removed and reinstalled for around 24 hours. Once we stop accepting the charger, if we don't reinstall the battery, we tried several solutions: using another OEM charger, resetting the BIOS, uninstalling drivers in Windows, and finally replacing the battery with a similar one from a recycle shop. The new battery showed better health (79% to 85%). Still, charging doesn't work. Recently, when we turn it off, hold the power button for 30 seconds, then turn it back on, it now functions for three attempts out of five. Any suggestions?

It's a specific model, but I don't have that information. The charger provides a certain wattage.

I think it’s an HP Elitebook 640 G9. We’re using one HP charger and a Dell charger of the same 65W model. (Now we stick with the HP one.)
