On your display settings photo it mentions VRAM is overcommitted, requesting 4GB which feels too much for 1080p resolution.
I still experience low frame rates in fullscreen 1440p, but borderless mode works well and the game runs smoothly at over 60 frames per second.
The graphics options from Totalbiscuit's launch video show various tweaks like added film grain, color distortion, motion blur, higher frame rates, and texture filtering. This is helpful since I dislike motion blur and film grain in games, and I'm curious about the gameplay without chromatic aberration, which made TB's report look odd.
Well I just tested it, seems to have got rid of the fps slowdowns when running above 30fps. Previously I'd get some slowdowns to 45ish, when running at 60. One thing I have noticed though, there seems to be a bit more texture popping when flying around (they've probably had to do that, to get the thing to run @ 60fps). And it does indeed run at a stable 60fps, on my GTX 980. Overall I'd say it has improved a lot thus far.
