My display is 1080p, so I don’t stream in 4k. Anything like that would show up in msedge.exe, which is the only browser I use. My internet is quite affordable—60 to 70 MBps unlimited D/U—and this usage won’t cost me extra. I don’t run any servers, seed torrents, or download updates, so this shouldn’t consume a lot of data. As you can see here, there’s no unusual download or upload activity linked to delivery optimization. I really need help figuring out what the “System” process is and stopping it.
Do you have a specific time frame for the top image? Windows updates can pull substantial data with large feature, security, and cumulative releases. The system handling this mostly covers all 'Windows' related activities, which isn't something you can easily remove. You'll likely need to investigate further to identify which services are consuming the data. Consider using tools like GlassWire to better understand traffic patterns.
