You're using Windows 10 and the backspace key isn't working anymore. The keyboard feels new but the issue persists. I've tested various keyboard testers, tried another keyboard, and checked settings like filter keys and device manager. Updated drivers didn't help, and changing USB ports also failed. It's frustrating even typing simple text. Could someone else assist with this?
