Hi Guys, I'm having trouble with the key not responding. When I try to use it, nothing happens. First, I set a macro for the key to check if the hardware is the problem—it works fine there. Then I booted into Windows in safe mode; it functions normally in Notepad and Command Prompt. I disabled all startup programs in Task Manager and restarted. The issue appears in the log screen. I also changed the keyboard layout to US and US International, but the key still doesn't work. Switching to UK made no difference either.

It looks a bit intense. Would you like to adjust the tone or focus?

It’s likely the quickest fix, and you already have some extra stuff. Best to leave windows alone in a small section, so swapping back is fast and simple, without affecting your long-term data.

It looks like you're encountering issues with backslashes. A possible solution is to check the GitHub repository for sharpkeys and replace backslashes accordingly.

I might look for drivers tailored to your specific motherboard chipset, keyboard, etc., and reinstall or update them. There was a past problem with copy-paste that got fixed by adding an Intel chipset update, so it’s possible a similar fix exists here.
