Hello everyone, I’m facing a serious issue with Escape The Backrooms. At first, the game ran perfectly, but then it suddenly slowed down and became unstable, causing glitches and audio problems. I’ve tried reinstalling, checking files, and even rebooting my PC, but nothing resolves the problem. It also freezes in the main menu sometimes. This behavior seems similar to what happens in Fall Guys and Fortnite, though it feels different in those games. I have a high-end setup—Intel i9 10900k, RTX 3080 12GB, 32GB DDR4 at 3200 MHz—but still encounter these issues. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No other game besides the 9$ cash grabs works properly, it seems to be the only one that functions well.

Reiterating this point. If only a few or a couple of games are impacted, I’d reach out to the developers for help. If all your games are affected, it might indicate a hardware or software issue with your system. Gradually remove variables until you can pinpoint the problem effectively.

I own many other indie titles that function well, some even more affordable
