I've got a B450-F issue. Shorting the power pins causes the motherboard to fail to power on, regardless of CPU or memory presence. Any suggestions?

Have you attempted to return the motherboard for repair? Is it possible to clear the CMOS if other boards function correctly?

The CMOS clearance didn't resolve the issue, and the warranty expired about a month ago.

The problem happened recently. You don’t have a case listed. The motherboard wasn’t placed anywhere.
