I achieved a 4.9 at 1.375 with a medium llc on a z490 gamingx gigabyte board. I thought voltages would be lower, but my cooler only reaches 1.45 with a lower llc setting or 1.375 at a much higher llc. Is this the typical performance of the silicone? Most people report 5 ghz around 1.35, unless they're using AVX offset, a very high llc, or something unstable.

Red is where the problem lies. A 5GHz boost is a typical average overclock. It's best to use a custom loop, but likely you'll hit even higher speeds. They prefer cooler temps. Running at 85°C under full load at 5GHz would be near my maximum. Turning off the CPU will help your temperatures and your cooler perform better. Plus, you'll see a slight increase in performance per cycle.

In BIOS, you can configure all Core SSE to 5.1 and adjust the AVX2 offset to -1. The Per Core settings likely show options for different configurations, possibly indicating which column you're selecting.
