Hey everyone, yesterday my sound stopped working on my laptop. At first I couldn't hear anything, now I can't watch videos on YouTube. When I try to play a video it loads but doesn't start properly. I ran Windows diagnostics and it just keeps looping without finding anything else. I've reinstalled the audio driver, but it still doesn't fix the issue. When I start a video, a red icon appears on my sound and if I hover over it it says "Audio service not running."
Use the built-in system tools on laptops. Refer to the manual for accessing them.
